Send your watch

So you need your watch repaired. Well its time to send it to us.

The whole process is simple and easy. Just follow the 4 simple steps below.

1. Send us your watch making sure its well packaged and send by an insured postal service. We would recommend using something like Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’, using the address below

2. Once we receive your watch, it will be photographed, booked into our system and you will be provided with a unique reference number and your estimate.

3. If your happy to proceed, let us know and we will proceed with the repair

4. Once complete the watch will be returned to you.
